Jamie Estelle Roth is a visually impaired, best-selling author living into a profoundly transformed chapter of her life. Her book, Should’ve Seen That Coming: Navigating the In-Between Moments of Acceptance, Surrender, and Resilience, tells the story of the unexpected loss of her eyesight in 2021 and the journey that followed.

What began as a period of loss and disorientation evolved into a deeper awakening—one that led Jamie toward her most authentic and spiritual self. She often says that while she lost one vision, she gained another. Her path has taken her through western medicine and medical teams across California, as well as into alternative healing modalities, including eastern medicine and extensive energy work.

Alongside her podcast co-host, Tara Ryan, Jamie explores many of these spiritual themes and lived experiences on Minor Mystics.

Through her writing and conversations, she speaks openly about the strength she has found through spiritual pursuit and her belief in the body’s capacity to heal, holding faith in her own continued healing journey.
